Where do I find my gym's cancellation address?
It's in your membership agreement. For Planet Fitness, it's usually your home club, the location where you signed up.
When should I send it?
As soon as you can. Many gyms bill on a set date, and Planet Fitness generally needs your request before the 10th of the month to skip that month's charge.
What if the gym keeps charging me?
Keep our email with your tracking number and letter copy. It's your record of written notice to show the gym or your card issuer.
Are you part of my gym?
No. J THEP LLC is a private mailing service, not affiliated with any gym, and not a law firm. Mailing your letter creates a record of written notice but can't guarantee how the gym handles it.

Refunds
If your letter hasn't gone to print yet, contact us for a full refund. Once it's printed and mailed, postage is already paid, so we can't refund it. If a letter is lost or misprinted because of our error, we'll resend it free or refund you.
Terms of service
By ordering, you confirm your information is accurate, that you're the member named in the letter or authorized to act for them, and that you authorize J THEP LLC to print and mail the letter for you. We mail what you submit and aren't responsible for incorrect addresses, a gym's notice periods or fees, or how a gym handles your request. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid.
Privacy
We use your information only to create, mail and track your letter and to email you about your order. We share it only with our print-and-mail provider, USPS, and Stripe for payment. We don't sell it. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
